Cauliflower Soup – benton’s ham, toasted pepitas, chili oil
Heirloom Pear Salad- farm feta, vadouvan granola, smoked local honey
Garden Roots Salad – local lettuces, season fruits, spiced candied nuts, local cheeses, chive vinaigrette
Benton’s Ham Biscuit – arugula, mayo, pepper jelly
Fritters – crispy batter, spiced sweet potato, smoked maple syrup
Wild Tempura Mushrooms – lemon maple chili, scallion
Roman Gnocchi – momma’s tomato gravy
Mussels – *see server for daily preparation
Salami Flatbread- salami, roasted garlic, ricotta, san marzano
Apple Bacon Flatbread – apple, bacon, arugula pecorino

Crab Cake – lemon aioli, chives, smoked paprika potato pancake, shiitake shishito pepper relish

Garlic Lemon Marinated Salmon – brown butter roasted fuji apples and savoy cabbage, charred scallion, bacon smashed new potatoes
Chicken Fried Picatta with lemon caper butter, haricot vert & caramelized shallots
Sakura Farms Wagyu Ribeye – 7oz ribeye, wild mushrooms, roasted parsnip, beef jus

Apple Butter Cheesecake – speculous crust, caramelized white chocolate, hazelnut gingersnap crunch, cider-poached apples
