Inspired by the legendary Trader Vic’s, this immersive, hands-on cocktail class explores the tropical flavors, techniques, and stories that transformed tiki culture into a worldwide phenomenon during the 1950s.

Your evening begins with a welcome cocktail while you settle in before learning the history, tools, and techniques behind three iconic cocktails. Then you’ll join our instructor in creating two cocktails yourself and leave with recipes for all three to recreate at home.
