Spring Wine Dinner

Join us for an elevated evening centered around exceptional wine.

This exclusive dinner experience highlights selections from Stonestreet Estate Vineyards, whose mountain-grown wines reflect the rugged beauty, elevation, and biodiversity of Sonoma County’s Mayacamas range. Champagne from Henriot completes the lineup, bringing elegance and balance to the evening.
We are pleased to welcome Rickey Wethington, National Bourbon Brand Ambassador for Stonestreet and Mt. Brave Bourbons and regional steward of The Spire Collection across Kentucky, Ohio, and Michigan. A Certified Sommelier with WSET Advanced certification, Executive Bourbon Steward credentials, and WSET Spirits Level II, Rickey brings deep knowledge and engaging storytelling to guide the evening’s pairings.
Our culinary team has created a seasonal multi-course menu designed specifically to complement these wines, allowing each pour to guide the experience. This is a thoughtfully paced evening built for wine lovers, food enthusiasts, and anyone who appreciates a memorable night out.

Featured Winery: Stonestreet Estate Vineyards
Situated high above Sonoma County, Stonestreet farms more than 170 micro-vineyards across peaks, valleys, and ridgelines ranging from 400 to 2,400 feet in elevation. With over 85% of the estate preserved to protect biodiversity and regenerative farming practices guiding each harvest, these wines express remarkable character, complexity, and a true sense of place.
The Pairing Experience
While wine leads the evening, guests will enjoy a chef-driven menu including:
• Trio of tartares paired with Henriot Blanc de Blanc
• Poached white fish with cannellini beans and pork belly paired with Stonestreet Sauvignon Blanc
• Ricotta gnudi with spring vegetables paired with Stonestreet Chardonnay
• Ribeye spinalis with potato pavé paired with Anakota Cabernet Franc
• Henriot Brut Rosé to close the evening
