Cincinnati ranks well in the nation when it comes to places to stay.
AAA announced that six area hotels were honored with its Four Diamond Awards.
“Travelers can expect elegance, comfort and style while staying at a Four Diamond hotel in the Queen City,” AAA spokeswoman Jenifer Moore said in a press release.
Downtown’s Cincinnatian Hotel was honored for the 22nd consecutive year, while the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza and Westin Cincinnati have been honored for 16 years.
Downtown’s 21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati and Renaissance Cincinnati Downtown Hotel have been ranked for five years.
Hotel Covington achieved the ranking for the second straight year.
Overall, AAA said 1,722 hotels were honored throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
