“When the hotel restaurant’s bar menu is twice the size of the food menu, I get a little nervous tbh. But, we quickly learned they just focus on doing what they do really well. Try the Liquid Knowledge cocktail. Essentially a mule, but next level. It was served in a custom Rookwood Pottery mug with a gorgeous floral garnish. Our gnocchi was perfectly prepared as was the salmon added on top. Presentation was gorgeous!
