Guarantee Policy
A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. When checking in with a debit card; funds for room, tax, and incidentals will be held until the time of check out. Additional time may pass before the funds are released dependent upon your bank’s policies.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel 24 hours prior to 4 PM on your date of arrival to avoid a 1 night cancellation penalty charge.

– Guests are required to be 21 years of age or older to check into the hotel. – Upon arrival, please notify the hotel if your departure date needs to change or a $75 early departure fee will be assessed. – Hotel Covington is a 100% non-smoking hotel. A $250 fee will be applied for smoking in your guest room. – Valet Parking is $25/overnight with complimentary in and out privileges. Self parking is also available for $12/overnight. – Whenever you travel be aware of your surroundings and take safety precautions when necessary. Safe travels. See you soon.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at the hotel. A $75.00 deposit non refundable fee is required at check-in to allow us to thoroughly clean and sanitize the room after your departure. No more than two pets are allowed per guestroom.
